Italian White is the kitchen workhorse. A softneck variety with a flexible stem perfect for braiding, it produces dense bulbs with 12-20 cloves per head. The flavour is milder than our hardneck varieties — warm and nutty without the sharp bite.
Ideal for roasting, sauteing, and any dish where garlic is a supporting player rather than the star. Its tight clove structure means it stores exceptionally well — up to 8 months in good conditions.
