We take our best Australian Purple bulbs and cold-smoke them over ironbark for 8 hours. The low temperature preserves the garlic's raw texture while infusing a subtle, woodsy smokiness through every clove.

Use it anywhere you'd use fresh garlic but want an extra depth — mashed potatoes, aioli, pasta sauces, or rubbed onto steak before grilling. The smoked bulbs store for 3-4 months.
